Statvarsity Interactive is now looking forward to signing up with centers to conduct various courses in Technical, Management & Test –Preparation areas. These courses would be conducted by Statvarsity & it’s Knowledge Partners.
The programs would be offered at the centers on a revenue sharing model, based on the number of participants enrolled at a center at a given point of time.
Academic Tie-Up’s
Statvarsity Interactive has signed up as Siemens PLM Software Authorized Training Partner and offers PLM Software Training including Solid Edge & NX .
These programs are targeted at Engineering Students & Working Executives in engineering functions.
Statvarsity Interactive has recently signed a MoU with Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar (XIMB) a leading Business School, to offer technical, administrative, marketing and infrastructure support for their Executive Management Courses - Post Graduate Course in Business Management (PGCBM)/ Post Graduate Course in Human Resource Management( PGCHRM).
Programs would be launched from other leading Technical & B-Schools in Q1 2012, in addition to courses in Test preparation (Engineering, Medical, CA, CS, and IAS).

Roles & Responsibilities
The following will be the roles and responsibilities:
Statvarsity Interactive & its Knowledge Partners:
Manage all the academics aspects of the program
- Design of Programs including pedagogy
- Conduct the entrance test & interviews
- Arrange faculty to conduct lecture
- Provide Study Material
- Conduct the exams
- Certify the participants
- Share marketing inputs
- Provide the technology platform
- Manage the delivery channel
- Sales Funnel management
Responsibility of Center
Provide Administrative & Logistic Support in conducting the programs
- Participate/ Own the Lead generation activities
- Counseling of prospects
- Ensuring Problem free delivery of lectures
- Facilitating Exams
- Managing the Logistics/ Fee collections/Transfers and other support processes
- Share market inputs for design/ up gradation of new programs
- Reporting
Center Requirements
The Center should a have decent ambience to conduct high-end programs and the following resources/ Infrastructure
A Computer LAB with 10/20 Computers P4 or above with 1Gb of RAM and legal OS (Windows XP Professional) dedicated for conducting Statvarsity Programs .
Adequate back-up power ( On line UPS).
Basic services: Wash rooms, Pantry and a counseling area
Provision on the terrace for Installation of a VSAT.
Manpower:
Staff for counseling and lab co-coordinators. Sales staff to handle sales as required.
Commercial Terms
Investments & operating Expenses:
With a 20 seater classroom, about 100-120 students can be serviced.
Apart from the computers with the required configuration, centers will have to purchase a VSAT.
The partners will have to invest in appropriate furniture & other infrastructure.
The capital investment would depend on the existing set-up and SI would allow using existing equipment / infrastructure if it meets our requirement.
Operating Expenses
The center will also meet the operating expenses (salaries, rent (if applicable) & other misc. expenses.).
The expenses towards National Advertisements & promotions would be borne by Statvarsity Interactive & its Knowledge Partners.
Expenses towards local level advertisements and promotions would be borne by the respective classroom.
Revenue:
Revenue would be shared with the center based on the number of students being serviced at any given point of time.
The revenue amount per student for a given program would be announced as and when they are launched.
